Are payment processing fees extra?
Yes — payment processing is charged separately by your gateway at their standard rates and is not part of your DonorsBase subscription. DonorsBase itself does not add a platform fee on donations. You can let donors optionally cover the processing fee at checkout.
What happens if I exceed my donor count?
Nothing breaks. We will reach out about the next plan up rather than blocking your account in the middle of a campaign.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; the change takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Do you charge per staff seat?
No. You can invite as many staff users as your organization needs at no additional cost. Pricing is based on donor count only.
Do you offer non-profit, education, or annual-billing discounts?
