Import your donors from a CSV

Bring your existing donors and giving history over with smart column mapping and duplicate detection.

DonorsBase accepts CSV imports for donors and historical donations, so year-over-year comparisons and lifetime totals stay intact when you switch.

Importing

Go to Donors → Import and upload your CSV.

Map your columns to DonorsBase fields — the importer previews the result and suggests duplicate merges based on email, phone, and name.

Run the import. You can re-run it as many times as needed.
