Invite your team and set roles

Getting started · 2 min read

Add staff with the right level of access — from view-only board members to full administrators.

You can invite as many staff members as your organization needs at no extra cost — pricing is based on donor count, never per seat.

Inviting a teammate

Go to Settings → Team members and click Invite.

Enter their email and choose a role. They'll receive a secure activation link.

Choosing a role

Give finance read-only access to the books, fundraisers donor-edit access, and the board view-only dashboards.

Roles can be changed at any time, and every change is recorded in the audit log.
