Set up recurring giving
Let donors give monthly, quarterly, or annually, and recover failed payments automatically.
Recurring giving is enabled on your donation form by default. Donors choose a cadence at checkout and can manage everything themselves afterward.
What donors can do
Pick monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual schedules.
Pause, resume, change the amount, or update their card from the donor portal — no call to your office.
Failed payments
When a card declines, DonorsBase retries on a smart schedule and emails the donor a self-service link to update their details, recovering revenue you'd otherwise lose.
